Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a way of detecting, treating and preventing health problems by moving, stretching and massaging a person's muscles and joints.

Osteopathy is based on the principle that the wellbeing of an individual depends on their bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue functioning smoothly together.

Osteopaths use physical manipulation, stretching and massage with the aim of:

• increasing the mobility of joints
• relieving muscle tension
• reducing pain
• enhancing the blood supply to tissues
• helping the body to heal

Sport massage

Sports massage is a good option if you have a repetitive use injury to a muscle, such as what you may get from playing a sport. It's also a good option if you're prone to injuries, because it can be used to help prevent them.

Sports massage can:

• increase flexibility
• improve athletic performance
• relieve pain
• reduce anxiety
• release muscle tension

A sports massage can be done as a full-body massage or on specific parts of the body that need the most attention

Massage for occlusal muscles

Occlusal muscle problems also known as temporomandibular joint disorders can result in facial or jaw pain, tightness in muscles, headache etc.

In this treatment we are using both massage therapy and osteopathy. Aim of the treatment is to restore normal function of the joints and muscles from upper thoracic spine to head. 

Kinesiology taping

Kinesiology taping helps increase blood flow and oxygen, and aids lymph drainage.
